This charming miniature map of Russia is from Julius Lowenberg's Geographische Landerfibel, a children's atlas. The basic map shows place names, rivers and topography, and is surrounded by a series of seven small vignettes that represent the country. Marked plate XIII in the lower blank margin and engraved by Boeden.
