Attractive bird's-eye plan of the Alsatian city of Colmar. This scene exemplifies the bold style of woodblock engraving with the huge cathedral and other church steeples dominating the city center, and forests, lush farmland and tiny villages filling the surrounding countryside. German text on verso.

Condition: B+

Light, uneven toning with two small stains in image, light text show-through, and a couple of worm tracks in blank margins, not affecting image.
