All folding maps are printed on fine banknote style paper. Hardbound in original half leather and pebbled boards with gilt title and raised bands on spine.

The book is in near fine condition. The spine is sunned, there is some minor shelf wear to the edge of spine, and the covers are slightly bumped. Contents are remarkably clean and tight, and the Hitchcock map is fine.
