This small map of the northern tip of France is oriented with north to the right. It covers the coastline from Berck to Gravelines and includes Calais and Boulogne-sur-Mer. The map is filled with rivers, forests and tiny villages and is ornamented with a sailing ship and a strapwork title cartouche incorporating a distance scale. This is from the first edition, with Latin text on verso.
