Fine detail particularly along the Hudson River locates scores of towns and villages, shows roads, mountains and watershed. Four distance scales at upper left and a simple block-style title cartouche. Longitude is measured from Paris on the lower scale and from Isle de Fer at top. Engraved by Andre and published by Chanlaire & Mentelle.
