Hardbound in red cloth covers with text in gild on spine, with dust jacket. Condition - excellent with slightly bumped edges and a little wear on the dust jacket. (A)

B. A Map: The Hydrographical Basin of the Mississippi River 1843 by Joseph Nicollet, 1976, (6 x 9"). Facsimile map which is folded, printed from an original copy measuring 31 x 36". The map extends from Lake Superior in the upper right to Kansas River in the lower left. Uses hachure lines to show principal terrain features. Front pastedown explains historical significance of the map and details regarding Nicollet. Fine condition. (A+)

C. Journal of an Exploring Tour beyond the Rocky Mountains, under the Direction of the A.B.C.F.M. Performed in the Years 1835, 36, and 37…. by Samuel Parker, 1967, (6 x 9"). Facsimile edition of the original of 1838 by Rev. Samuel Parker who studied many different facets of the American West and traveled with the American Fur Company. 380 pp and a folding map. Limited edition print of 2000 copies. Hardbound in brown cloth covers with text on spine. Excellent condition. (A+)
