A. Upper Egypt and Nubia as Far as the Second Cataract, published 1892. This guide book includes 11 maps and 26 plans. 16mo. 365 pp. Red cloth with gilt titles, marbled fore-edges. Condition: Maps are in near fine to very good condition, with light toning. Covers and spine are lightly soiled, the text is detaching from the spine and the front and back hinges are starting. (B+)
B. Lower Egypt and the Peninsula of Sinai, published 1895. This guide book includes 14 maps, 33 plans, 7 views and 76 vignettes. 16mo. 293 pp. Red cloth with gilt titles, marbled fore-edges. Condition: Maps are in near fine to very good condition, with light toning and occasional fold separations. Covers and spine are soiled, back cover is cracked, and the front and back hinges are starting. Front free-endpaper and first map are detached. (B)
