Decorative map of Morocco based on Blaeu's map of the same title. It is oriented with north on the right and includes the Strait of Gibraltar. The sea is filled with several different types of ships and the title cartouche is beautifully rendered with a merchant, warrior, camel, oxen and cherubs.
A strong impression on watermarked paper with minute wormhole in blank area of map image and a short centerfold separations at top and bottom that has been closed on verso with old paper, far from map image. Top corners are chipped, also far from map image.
