This scarce panoramic view of the city of Jerusalem presents a 'modern' view as seen from the east. Twenty-four important religious sites are depicted with a numbered key at bottom. It is a reduced view based on the famous Reuwich-Breydenbach depiction of the city from 1486.

References: Laor #1082.

Condition: B+

A centerfold separation at bottom that turns into a tear through the upper-left portion of view has been expertly repaired and is now nearly invisable. Bottom-left corner and insect damage in bottom margin along centerfold have been professionally repaired with old paper. Marginal soiling.

Estimate: $400 - $475
