An interesting and unusual map showing the geology of Russia in Europe and the Ural Mountains. The area featured is in Northwest Russia, bordering the Barents Sea and approximately 800 miles northeast of Moscow. The map displays 11 geologic formations in vibrant color. Published by Keiserling and Krusenstern.

There is a small fold separation that extends one inch into the left portion of the image. Binding trim at left with a few small tears in the blank margin.
