Superb large map of Hispaniola with a sizable inset of Martinique. The nicely detailed map covers the area to include the tip of Cuba and part of the Bahamas. The map is decorated by a grand decorative title cartouche and scale of miles.

Condition: A

Wide side margins on watermarked paper, with light offsetting and minor soiling that does not distract. Some expert paper repairs in blank margins.
