The Clyde Steamship Line Map of Florida is a terrific map showing counties, cities and topography of the state and illustrating the Clyde Steamship routes and railroad connections. A large inset focuses on the water and railway routes from Boston and New York to Charleston and Jacksonville. Another inset shows the panhandle. Map measures 15.5 x 22" and was published by C.S. Hammond. Folds into stiff covers. The second item is a 64 pp pamphlet published by the Clyde Steamship Company with a Map Showing Clyde Lines and Connections. New York, Charleston and Florida Line. The 7.5 x 25" folded map is of the East Coast displaying the steamship routes from New York and Boston to destinations in the South. The text in the brochure has information and illustrations focused on the fleet and destinations in the South.
Nice bright, clean images. There is one small repaired tear in the Florida map confined to the upper blank margin, else fine.
