Published by C.W. Hobbs, this is a rare travel guide printed in newspaper style with 8 pages, 4 of which are full-page colored maps. On the cover is a very detailed full-page map of lower Manhattan noting the locations of numerous piers and their associated shipping lines such as White Star, Cunard, etc. It also shows the location of the newly opened Brooklyn Bridge. The rear cover has a detailed full page map of Boston. The center pages have a detailed map of Washington on one page and maps of the East River, Coney Island and the Hudson River on another page. There are 4 pages of text with information on the three cities.
There are a few minor archival reinforcements at the fold, but this an incredibly well preserved example considering the material used.
