This is apparently is an unrecorded version of Robert de Vaugondy's map of Scotland. Le Royaume is missing from the beginning of the title, else the map is identical to the first state described by Pedley with Flanan I. shown close to the Isles Western. It also matches the image from the first edition of the Atlas Universel in the Rumsey collection. It is not clear if this state preceded the map described by Pedley, or if Le Royaume was removed from the plate. Our guess would be that this is the true first state with the additional part of the title added for the subsequent two states that followed.
