Centered on Nuremberg with the surrounding countryside pictorially presented. The map is decorated with a large title cartouche surmounted by the trumpeting, female representation of Fame. The cartouche is composed of engraving and book binding tools representing the major trade of Nuremberg. At right is a large inset plan of the city with a key to the major buildings. Dutch text on verso.


Condition: A+

Fine impression, old color and wide original margins. There are a few tiny worm holes in the top margin, still a very fine example.
