A superb plan of the city of London extending to Islington, Limehouse, Bermondsey and St. Marylebone. The title, in both Latin and German, runs across the top and a drape-style cartouche holds a description of the city. At bottom is a fabulous prospect of the city viewed from Southwark with London Bridge and a ship-filled River Thames. Several keys identify the major buildings.
