This is a very scarce map of the province of Lublin and the surrounding region including Warsaw. The map provides excellent detail of the tiny villages in Lublin and then shows only the major cities in the neighboring provinces. The major roads connecting to Warsaw are included. The map is crisply engraved and decorated with a handsome title cartouche. Von Reilly & Schaembl led a revival of map making in Vienna in the late 18th century when this atlas was published.
