Both plans are "most humbly inscribed" to the ward's alderman. The first (14.5 x 9") is inscribed to Matthew Blankiston and is a fully engraved plan of the ward with many buildings named and individually shown. Shows Gresham College, the Fish, Flesh and Herb Markets, Devonshire Square, Leaden Hall and much more. Elevation vignettes portray "The Parish Church of St. Ethelburga within Bishopsgate" and another "The Parish Church of Great St. Hellen". Nice rococo-style title cartouche, distance scale and compass rose with fleur-de-lys. At upper left is the coat-of-arm for Mr. Blankiston. Uncolored, as issued.

The second plan (9" x 14") is quite striking in full hand coloring. It is inscribed to Sr. William Calvert and features his coat-of-arms at upper right. It also details all streets, important buildings and other features in the ward. Locates Heydon's Yard, Trinity Minories, and Rickets Glass House. The large rococo-style title cartouche and compass rose are very well detailed and beautifully engraved.
