This is the 1998 Martino Fine Books reprint of the original 1921 edition, that now sells for about $1,000. It is considered the classic text on globes, from the earliest through the end of the 18th Century. Hardbound in blue cloth with red and gilt title on spine. This reprint was limited to 150 copies. It is two volumes bound as one; Volume I, 218pp, Volume II, 291pp. An important reference book for any map/globe collector.
