A striking panoramic view of the fortified town of Tournai with a key at bottom locating points of interest, including the 12th century Notre Dame de Tournai. An elaborate crest at the top of the view is surrounded by putti, garlands and the accoutrements of war.
The lower left section of the map has been reattached on the verso with an old paper repair and a portion of the left border is missing.
