A group of views detailing the early United States, the first two with decorative printed surrounds.
1) Sir Walter Raleigh ordering the Standard of Queen Elizabeth to be erected on the Coast of Virginia shows the claiming of the land by Raleigh in 1584.
2) Beaver Hunting in Canada features natives hunting beavers, with a cut-away image of their multi-leveled home, filled with the little critters.
3) The Great Water-Fall on the Mohawk River (in North America) which is a Quarter of a Mile broad and 70 feet deep. This is a view of the Cohoes Falls in New York state.
Good impressions on fine laid paper with some marginal spots or soiling and a few chips, not affecting the views.
