A visually arresting map is oriented vertically to show twin polar projections. Tierra del Fuego is the only land exhibited in the South Pole, and the North Pole includes a portion of the coastline of fictional Anian, with a well-developed Arctic for the period. Novaya Zemla is shown with a partial coastline. The spheres are surrounded with vigorous windheads within billowing clouds.
A nice impression with lovely color on a pleasantly toned sheet. The top margins have hinge remnants.
