A handsome map of the Iberian Peninsula showing the former divisions during the time of ancient Rome. Decorated with a rather fantastical cartouche showing two horns of plenty erupting from a bull's head beneath a stylized shell.

References:

Condition: B+

Original outline color on a sturdy sheet with some toning in the bottom margin just into the map and a little scattered foxing. Top margin separated at the centerfold, and bottom centerfold split with old paper repair on verso.
