Charming, reduced-size view is based on Braun and Hogenberg's Freti Danici Or Sundt Accuratiss Delineato of 1598. The bird's-eye view shows the Danish city of Helsingor with Castle Cronberg at the tip and the Swedish City of Helsingborg across the strait. The narrow strait between these two countries is an important route to the Baltic Sea, represented here by a fleet of warships. Latin text on verso.
