An uncommon diagram showing twelve named windheads around a contemporary terrestrial projection of the earth. This was included in Magini's edition of Ptolemy's Geographia, first published in 1597. On a sheet of Latin text (6.1 x 8').

References:

Condition: B+

A dark impression with a Latin manuscript phrase on the lower margin. Couple of spots on the left margin.
