Nicely rendered copperplate engraving showing several ships and about a dozen longboats with men harpooning whales. Icebergs float in the sea. On the shore, a small group of hunters are attacking a Polar Bear. Others are shooting at bears from a boat.
Some light occasional foxing and stain at extreme edge of paper. Lower margin trimmed unevenly.
