Nice copper engraving illustrating the Dutch fleet capturing the fort at the entrance to the Baia de Todos os Santos, in northeastern Brazil. The scene is very active with billowing cannon and tiny figures rushing to action. Large inset plan of the bay is depicted in a scroll above the scene. Published by Gregorio Letie.

A nice impression with a few rust spots and a couple of tiny paper flaws/holes in map that are only visible when held up to the light.
