This superb and uncommon bird's eye view of the city centers on a majestic estate complete with orchards, courtyards, walled defenses and armed guards at the gate. Surrounding the estate are farms and pastures filled with horses and cattle. In the distance is a road with carriages and pedestrians, while the horizon is defined by grand churches and several windmills.

Thin paper is limp and lightly creased, and there is a fold separation in the lower margin with some loss, and repaired with tape. Scattered foxing.
