A nice collection of atlas maps of Iowa by some of the most prominent American cartographers of the mid-nineteenth century. Lot includes the following:

1) A New Map of Iowa, Desilver, 1856, 15.8 x 13"
2) Colton's Iowa, G.W. Colton, 1862, 24 x 16.8"
3) Gray's Atlas Map of Iowa, Gray, 1873, 23 x 16"

Condition: A

All with original hand coloring and margins. The Colton has a centerfold split at bottom, repaired.
