Handsome chart illustrating the movement of the earth around the sun during each month of the year. The decorative title is flanked by two more diagrams: one explains Kepler's theory of elliptical orbits, the other shows the movement of the sun throughout the day.

Beautifully applied original color with a clean centerfold split at bottom, extending 2.5 inches into map. Scattered foxing and a small hole in margins.
