A fine and brightly colored pocket map drawn on a scale of 3 inches to the mile. The map is filled with street and other information and shows all numbered wards with red overprinting. It also covers part of Manhattan, Governor's Island, etc. A large tract that extends into the water is "being filled in" for the new Pennsylvania Railroad yard. Folds into paper covers (3.8" x 8") with same title. An uncommon issue.

Near fine example with bright color, crisp impression and clean paper. One fold intersection split. Covers are fine.
