This fine copper engraving shows the Spanish settlement at Pensacola in 1743. Tirion's engraving is based on a drawing by Frenchman Dominic Serres. It shows Santa Rosa Island looking south from inside the bay, and is the first eyewitness view of Pensacola.

Issued folding, now flattened.
