A delicately engraved small chart of the northwest corner of Hudson Bay. There are Italian notations concerning whether or not an area is known, unknown or poco cognito (little known). The engraving is adorned with a decorative title cartouche.

Condition: A

Very nice, sharp impression on fine, strong paper. A few nearly invisible spots of foxing in the blank margins. Hinge remnants on the top margin.
