Striking map covering of the extent of the Turkish Empire, extending to Greece, Arabia and Libya, with the Caspian and Black Seas and the eastern Mediterranean. The map is filled with details of towns, rivers and mountains. The gorgeous, large title cartouche was engraved by Abraham Drentwet, Jr.

Very nice impression with original coloring and ink manuscript pagination in blank margins. Margins trimmed, but still adequate for framing.
