This is one of the most decorative maps of Israel from a Dutch Bible. The area is divided among the twelve tribes and is filled with place names. Fifteen vignettes from the Old Testament surround the map including a scene of the battle between David and Goliath. This is the second state of the plate. Dutch text on verso.

Fine impression with attractive later color. Side margins have been professionally extended to better accommodate framing.
