This single hemisphere map of the moon displays its visible surface features and topography. This rare Spanish produced chart has a legend naming 49 features, including 8 seas, that are keyed to the map. It is a surprisingly accurate chart that suggests the view from a telescope. The copper engraved image is on a large sheet that measures 16" x 10.5".
