Beautiful panoramic rendering of the city viewed from the Kapuzinerberg across the Salzach River. The huge hilltop castle dominates the view and a key to 37 locations is set in one of several strapwork cartouches. The view was engraved after a drawing by Joris Hoefnagel. German text on verso.

Toned with attractive old color. A mat burn, tape stains and some chipping in margins, which have been reinforced at edges. Remnants of framer's hinges on verso.
