Very detailed and finely engraved chart of the main islands plus the eastern coastline of Denmark and a little of Sweden. The superb cartouche features a large vignette depicting the approach to Copenhagen with ships in the harbor. It is further adorned with the royal arms and a scene of merfolk frolicking in the sea.
