Large and decorative map of Scotland including the outlying islands. The map is filled with minute detail and hundreds of place names. Superb title and distance scale cartouches surrounded by mythical and allegorical figures, putti and the royal and Scottish arms.

Original color on a crisp impression. A little light foxing at upper left, and a small section paper damage in lower left margin, else very good.
