This delicately engraved copper plate map of Campania details the region around the Gulf of Gaeta and the Gulf of Naples, with a block plan of Naples. Sheet extends to include the resort island of Isola d'Ischia famous since Roman times for its hot springs. Embellishments include sailing ships and a galley in the sea, and three cartouches.

On a full sheet with wide margins. A little offsetting from color, a little text show through, and soft crease along centerfold.
