This is one of the earliest detailed birds-eye views of Freiberg in lower Saxony, showing the city walls and surrounding countryside. A costumed couple and the map key appear in the foreground with the coat of arms in the upper left. French text on verso.

Lightly toned with a bit of minor foxing, mostly in blank margins. Remnants of paper hinges on verso.
