This is the large issue of this map. It is a huge and very handsome map of the territory. Filled with a remarkable amount of information and details. Large insets detail the Aleutian Islands, Sitka, Juneau and Nome. Legend locates cities, towns & settlements, National Forests, Military Reserves including Naval and light houses, Indian Reservations, and Reindeer Stations. No sign of Anchorage! Made under the direction of I.P. Berthrong, Chief of Drafting. Richard A. Ballinger, Commissioner of the Department of the Interior. Lithography by Andrew B. Graham Co., Washington, D.C. A beautiful map in spectacular condition.
