Nicely engraved map of eastern France on the Swiss border around the area of Besancon. Highly detailed with hundreds of towns and villages shown. Uncolored decorative title cartouche engraved by E. Haussard with the original date of 1749 erased, indicating this is the second state published by Delamarche.

Condition: A

Original outline color. Bit of foxing in margins, well away from map. Very slight toning on fold, still very good overall.
