Complete set of eleven maps showing all of India, including Sri Lanka, under the Raj. These very finely engraved maps cover the country in much detail. The set includes: 1) India I and Ceylon; 2) India II Madras Presidency; 3) India III Bombay Presidency; 4) India IV; 5) India V; 6) India VI; 7) India VII; 8) India Bengal Presidency; 9) India IX; 10) India X, which includes Nepal; and 11) India XI. Each map has full keyboard-style borders, not meant to be joined. Probably the most detailed 19th century maps of India. Each is the approximate size given.
