A handsome large-format map depicting the Alsace region featuring the course of the Rhine River from Philipsburg to Rheinfelden. The map is beautifully engraved with superb topographical detail, cities, towns and tiny villages. Embellished with two large cartouches for the title and distances scales. On two sheets, joined as issued.
