Large map of Alsace based on the work of Gerard Mercator, with north oriented to the right. It covers the region including the Rhine from Granville to Sarburg in the north and from Basel to Landaw in the south. Decorated with an elaborate title cartouche and two scales of miles. Latin text on verso. Two sheets joined, as issued.
