Great double-page map of Manhattan up to 87th Street including part of Brooklyn and Jersey City. Light lettering illustrates the "Proposed Central Park." Inset extends above 86th Street to King's Bridge on a reduced scale. Filled with fascinating detail. A handsome sheet with Colton's decorative border.

Nice impression with light pastel coloring. Some chips and short marginal tears, closed on verso, map is very good.
