Early copper engraved view of Acapulco showing the port, city and fort. Acapulco was the American center for Spanish trade across the Pacific. This view incorporates images of natives bringing riches into the city under the direction of their Spanish lords, and the harbor is filled with ships.


Condition: B

Fine impression with wide margins. Lightly toned with a few spots of foxing. Paper edges toned with a few tiny tears.
