Charming double hemisphere map with a very decorative garland draped title cartouche. Interesting conjectural cartography in both Australia and North America shown by dotted coastlines. Australia is attached to both Tasmania and New Guinea. In North America there is a distinct Northwest Passage connecting Hudson Bay with the large Sea of the West. Alaska is shown in dotted outline as a overly long peninsula.

With original outline coloring on thick hand laid paper with large watermark. A couple of insignificant spots.
