Great transitional map showing political boundaries established at the conclusion of the Mexican/American War. In the west are large Indian, Missouri and Oregon Territories. Salt Lake is Lake Ashley, New Mexico is also named Santa Fe, and the southwest is labeled Sandy Plain.
